(KSL News) -- An 18-month old baby found outside this morning wearing only a diaper is recovering from hypothermia at the hospital.
The child was found by a bus driver outside the Lifestart Village in Midvale, a transitional housing facility for homeless mothers.

It's not known how long the child was outside. His mother lives in an apartment nearby.
The Division of Child and Family Services is investigating the care of the child and the circumstances surrounding the incident.
