(South Ogden-AP) -- A man who once operated a daycare center out of his home is being sentenced to serve 10-years to life for raping a four-year old girl.
42-year old Mark Riley Nielson was sentenced yesterday.
He pleaded guilty in October to three first-degree felony counts of rape of a child.
In exchange for his plea, nine additional counts of the same charges were dropped.
Police arrested Nielson in September. They found an extensive child and adult video pornography collection inside his home.
Nielson and his wife ran a daycare out of their South Ogden home last year.
Police say the victim was sexually assaulted 12 to 14 times between April and August at Nielson's home. The victim did not attend the day care.
