OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- The city has declared a snow emergency and says police will impound snowbound vehicles for the next several days.
The order went into effect Wednesday afternoon.
Police Chief Jon J. Greiner said officers would not be providing 48 hours notice before the vehicles are towed away.
