(KSL News) Dozens more Utah National Guardsmen left today, as part of the effort to rotate forces serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.
So far more than 3,000 Utah Reserve and National Guard members have been called to active duty. About 700 members of the Utah Air National Guard have also been deployed.
Guard officials say Utah is contributing heavily to the global war on terror.
In fact, Utah has more reserve forces deployed per capita than any other state.
