(KSL News) -- A 45 year old Bear River man is in the hospital after being hit by a semi.
According to Utah Highway Patrol, Donald Burger crossed all lanes of Interstate 15 near 12-th street in Ogden last night to retrieve a hubcap that had come off his car.
He was attempting to return across the freeway when he was hit.
Burger was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
