Utah Highway Patrol Troopers had to close the off-ramp and two of the three lanes while they cleaned up the mess.

They say the accident couldn't have happened at a worse time... in the middle of the morning commute.

Sgt. Brin Nelson/Utah Highway Patrol: "It has really messed it up. We've got traffic backed up... trying to open it up as soon as we can."

Troopers had the roads cleared after about two hours.
