(KSL News) -- Salt Lake Mayor, Rocky Anderson delivered his State of the City address tonight.
His goals? Caring for our young people, clean air and water, safety and security, economic opportunity, and respect and dignity for all.
Mayor Rocky Anderson: "In the next year we will also launch an initiative to begin the healing of some of the community's most significant divisions. This spring we will embark upon a project to encourage greater dialogue and understanding between members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and those who are not of that faith."
Mayor Anderson thinks the new Library and transportation systems are proof that the city is undergoing a renaissance.
