(KSL News) The Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office rescues a man from Neff's Canyon after he spends nearly three hours in the cold.
The man and a friend had been climbing in the canyon and at some point began drinking. Apparently the man laid down in the snow, got wet, and starting suffering from hypothermia.
The friend called police and rescue crews hiked two miles into the canyon and pulled the man out.
He is expected to be okay.
