(KSL News) -- Utah county prosecutors have filed murder charges against the man suspected of shooting his boss.
Jesus Hernandez faces first degree felony murder charges and is also charged with obstructing justice.
Hernandez is accused of shooting Joseph Crummy at aconstruction site in Lehi on January 9th after a dispute over unpaid wages.
Hernandez filed a complaint against Crummy last month with Utah labor division, involving $1345.
