(KSL News) – Here's an update to a story we brought to you yesterday on Eyewitness News at noon. Police have a suspect in custody in connection to a bomb threat in Provo.

Police arrested Andrew Joseph Nelson early this morning. They say he entered Mercado Latino de Utah and took money from the cashier yesterday. Another employee tried to stop Nelson.

Nelson dropped his backpack, saying there was a bomb inside, and fled. The store was evacuated.

University Avenue was shut down for two blocks while officials investigated. A bomb squad robot found only clothing inside the pack.
