(KSL News) -- A semi-truck full of beef tipped over today on Interstate 215.
Utah Highway Patrol Troopers say was the truck was coming from Interstate 201 and fell over while taking the on ramp of I-215.
Troopers say the driver probably took the turn too fast, slipped on the icy road, and created the mess.
Traffic was restricted to one lane for about two hours while troopers pulled the huge vehicle back to its upright position.
The driver suffered minor cuts and scrapes, but is alright.
