Jill Atwood ReportingAnother battle over parents' rights ended today with the judge siding with the parents. A Bountiful couple has their son back.
The Division of Child and Family Services took the little boy out of Dan and Carolee Thaxton's home last year, claiming the family's vegan diet left the child malnutritioned.
This afternoon a judge said the boy can go home as long as the parents allow a doctor to monitor his health.

The Thaxton's say they will continue their vegan diet.
