(KSL News) -- A fatal accident happened this morning.
Utah Highway Patrol says Lawrence Leicht died in a rollover accident on I-15, about 15 miles south of Cedar City. They don't know why he went off the road and rolled.
He wasn't wearing a seatbelt, and troopers found illegal drugs.
