(KSL News) -- A student at Westminster College stands accused of distributing child pornography.
Maxwell Powell is in the Salt Lake County jail. Last week Federal Customs agents seized Powell's computers and arrested him.
A college patrol officer was also arrested for interfering in the investigaiton.
Westminster says Powell was living in a home owned by the school, off campus, but was using his own computer.
