(KSL News) -- The man accused of running down a Magna family with his car and killing a six-year-old boy was in court today for a preliminary hearing.

Tory Lee Jacques has been charged with automobile homicide and driving under the influence.

Now there are accusations he hit someone else just thirty minutes earlier.

Silverbear Johns says Jacques hit him and his fiancée as they were driving home from McDonalds.

Johns says Jacques swiped the side of his car and when he stopped to confront him, Jacques tried to hit him again.
