(KSL News) Crossing the street turned dangerous for an elderly couple today in Salt Lake City.
Witnesses say a truck ran a red light on State Street and was hit by a car going eastbound on 17th South.
The impact pushed the truck into the elderly couple, who were crossing the street.
Both were taken to the hospital in serious condition.
