(KSL News) Two young men are behind bars this morning after leading police on a series of pursuits around the valley.

It all started yesterday afternoon at a downtown Burger King. The pair hit another car and then left the scene.

A short time later they were spotted by Salt Lake police and led them on a short chase before getting away.

Then Murray police picked up the trail, finding the pair pan handling. Another chase began, this one going all the way to Davis County.

Police say the pair shouldn't have run. Both men will now be charged with fleeing and reckless driving in all three jurisdictions. They will also face hit and run charges in Salt Lake.
