(Salt Lake City-AP) -- A man accused of producing pornography involving two children in 2002 is pleading guilty.
Roger Jackman of Farr West, Utah pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count of sexual exploitation of children. In exchange, prosecutors dropped an identical second charge and charges of interstate receipt of child pornography and possession of child pornography.
The indictment was unsealed last April. North Ogden police say Jackman spent several summers at a public swimming pool where he may have contacted boys and prosecutors say there could be more victims.
The 37-year-old faces a minimum mandatory sentence of 10-years in prison.
He is scheduled to be sentenced July 12.
