(Salt Lake City-AP) -- A would-be burglar was foiled before he could even take anything.
It happened Wednesday at the Broadway Pharmacy in Salt Lake City.
Employees called an alarm technician to check on the system after discovering a malfunction while closing up the business.
That's when the technician found the 24-year-old suspect hiding in a garbage can in the back room.
Officers were called and they arrested the man. He was booked into jail on suspicion of burglary and possession of a dangerous weapon.
