(KSL News) It was quite a welcome home for soldiers from the 172nd Medical Logistics Battalion.

About 50 soldiers are returning to Ogden after serving in Iraq for 14 months.

Spc. Kime Lao/ 172nd Medical Logistics Battalion: "I'm very happy to be home, overwhelmed. (I've) never been so happy to see the Salt Lake City airport. Just happy to be home."

In Iraq they distributed medical equipment and supplies for medical facilities to treat soldiers and civilians.

The unit also repaired medical equipment.
