(KSL News) -- The area around 3100 South and 8400 West in Magna is a wet, muddy mess right now.
A water main broke- so there's excess water running off the street and soaking yards in the residential area.
The main break also caused the asphalt to buckle
Repair crews have shut water off to anywhere from 50-100 homes to fix the break.
No word yet on when water will be restored and the street reopened.
