(Orem-AP) -- An Orem man is dead after being pinned between a motor home and a car.

It happened Saturday morning.

Police say 51-year-old Bobby Becker was working under the hood of his car, trying to start the engine when it started and lurched forward.

Officers say Becker jumped in front of it to physically stop the vehicle from ramming a motor home and that's when he became pinned between the two.

Police say a neighbor was able to back the car up to free him. Becker was transported to Timpanogos Regional Hospital where he later died from his injuries.
