(Salt Lake City-AP) -- The woman accused of shooting her husband to death in their Holladay home last Friday and fleeing to New Mexico will be extradited.

Rebecca Peacock surrendered to police in Farmington, New Mexico late Friday afternoon.

The 51-year-old signed extradition waivers Monday and will be brought back to Utah in the next few weeks.

Peacock is charged with first-degree felony murder in the shooting death of her husband Michael Peacock.

Court documents say she shot her husband during an argument early Friday morning.
