(KSL News) -- A Draper man is dead after an accident in Moab this weekend.

Grand County Sheriff's deputies say 29 year old Sier George VanKomen was driving his jeep on the Hell's Revenge off-road trail just north of the Sandflats area when it started to roll.

His passenger, 23 year old Kory Wardle, jumped out of the jeep and ran out of the way.

VanKomen was thrown, and the jeep rolled on top of him.

He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
