(KSL News) -- Cottonwood Heights WILL become a city.
The votes are still being tallied, but it appears residents are in favor of incorportating the area.
With 11 precincts reporting, 86 percent voted for incorporation, and 14 percent against.
Cottonwood Heights, which is home to 35,000 people, will now be the 7th largest city along the Wasatch Front.
