(Twin Falls, Idaho-AP) -- Independent Meat Company has voluntarily recalled 12-thousand pounds of "Falls Brand" hot dogs because of undercooking.

That from the U-S Department of Agriculture.

The hot dogs were manufactured April 20th and distributed to stores in Wyoming, California, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah and Washington.

The recalled one- and two-pound packages of "Falls Brand Old Fashioned Recipe Beef Wieners" are marked with the establishment code 2-2-6.

No illnesses were reported at the time of the recall.

An after-hours message left with company C-E-O Patrick Florence was not immediately returned.

Customers with questions may call the U-S-D-A hotline at 888-674-6854.
