(KSL News) One person is killed and four others injured after a rollover accident in Tooele County.
A jeep was traveling northbound on Highway 36 near the town of Vernon when state troopers say the driver lost control.
All five people inside the vehicle were thrown. U-H-P says none of them were wearing seatbelts.
The female driver died at the scene. Her husband and child, along with two other children, were airlifted to the hospital.
Mike Holt/ Utah Highway Patrol: "We have two vehicles travelling together. They both live in Tooele. They were coming from the Delta area. The parents of two of the children, which were in the back seat of the jeep, were following the vehicle and saw the accident happen."
Troopers say alcohol may be involved in the crash. The accident is under investigation.
