(Salt Lake City-AP) -- The Utah Transit Authority and workers on its bus and TRAX lines have reached a tentative labor agreement.

Officials with Amalgamated Transit Union Local 382 say that the two sides struck a deal after six months of negotiations.

The Union officials have called for a ratification meeting on Sunday, with a vote to follow next week.

The new deal addresses health benefits, pensions, wages, seniority, attendance and time off. No specifics will be released until after Sunday's meeting.
