(Woods Cross-AP) -- The only damage during an emergency landing for this pilot was to his wallet, thankfully.
Woods Cross police say a Sandy man had to make an emergency landing just after take-off in his small plane after the engine started sputtering yesterday. Claus Howard called for the emergency landing and then landed safely in the field north of Skypark Airport.
Police say there was no damage to the plane and no one was hurt.
But the Federal Aviation Administration ticketed Howard for landing in the field.
