(Salt Lake City-AP) -- Robert Redford is notplanning to sell his Sundance resort in Utah's Wasatch Mountains.
Redford issued a written statement saying his commitment to the resort was "stronger than ever."
But Redford's statement didn't challenge a report that he might be looking to sell his stake in the Sundance channel.
A Sundance channel spokeswoman told The Associated Press she can't confirm or deny that.
But the actor and filmmaker made clear he has no plans to unload the six thousand-acre resort he calls home outside Provo at the base of Mount Timpanogos.
Redford rebutted a New York Post story that suggested he was working on restructuring his resort. The same story said he was looking to cash out a 60-million dollars-plus stake in Sundance channel.
