(KSL News) -- A man accused of killing his boss over unpaid wages will stand trial for murder.
Jesus Hernandez is accused of the shooting last January at a work site in Lehi. Hernandez was later arrested and charged in the murder of Joseph Crummy.
Prosecutors say Hernandez was upset over money he claimed was owed him by Crummy.
Weeks before the shooting Hernandez filed a complaint with the state over the unpaid wages.
