(KSL News) -- A Union Pacific train headed to EnviroCare in Tooele County derailed today.

Authorities say a remote control switch failed, sending five cars off the tracks around 10:30 this morning.

Two cars were carrying vehicles. The other three were carrying very low level radioactive dirt from an out of state construction site.

Nothing spilled and the cars did not tip. Authorities insist no one is in danger.
