(KSL News) -- A man is now on trial for a decade old murder case.
14-year old Chris Mosier was stabbed to death in his Taylorsville apartment in 1993. Two years ago new DNA evidence pointed to a suspect, Terry Johnson.
Mosier was babysitting Johnson's baby the night he died. Today prosecutors established a timeline that indicates Johnson was the last person to see Mosier alive.
Investigators also testified there were discrepancies in Johnson's statements about where he was that night.
Johnson said Mosier was alive but didn't seem like himself. He says he's innocent and his family supports him.
The victim's family told Eyewitness News, after ten long years, they hope for justice.
