A police officer pulled the woman over, suspecting her car was stolen. The suspect gave the officer false information and he arrested her.

The woman slipped out of the handcuffs, jumped in the car and took off, dragging the officer several feet.

The officer is okay.

Police chased the woman for a few blocks until she ran a red light and crashed into a white SUV.

Jason Roberts: "I was just coming back, going through the green light and all the sudden I just got hit. I didn't even see the car at all. Just all I saw was my car spinning around. And I looked back and my car doesn't work anymore."
