(KSL News) A Sanpete County Wal-Mart is evacuated following a chemical spill.

It happened at a Wal-Mart store in Ephraim last night.

About five people had to be treated for minor respiratory problems.

We're told some ammonia and chlorine spilled, then mixed together causing the hazardous fumes.

People were decontaminated by hazmat crews in the parking lot, then taken to Sanpete Valley Hospital.

They are in fair condition this morning.
