(KSL News) -- The small town of Minersville is mourning the death of a prominent resident there.
62-year-old William Fails was riding his bike east of Minersville this morning when he was struck by a car. He was taken to a hospital, but died a short time later.
Investigators are still trying to determine just what happened.
Fails operated a gas station and convenience store in Minersville.
