(KSL News) -- Authorities have released the name of a victim killed in a tragic accident in Utah County.

35 year old Chad Robinson of Highland was coming out of a manhole yesterday when he was struck by a car.

Robinson was knocked back down the manhole when he was hit.

Sheriff's deputies say orange hazard cones weren't placed around the hole.

The accident is under investigation.
