(KSL News) -- A judge is supposed to determine later today who gets custody of two daughters of a polygamist.

Earlier this year, a judge ruled the 13 and 15 year old daughters of John Daniel Kingston and Heidi Mattingly were abused and neglected.

Today, Kingston and Mattingly will appear before a judge who will determine custody and child support.

The adults also face possible penalties for having violated a protective order against contacting the girls.
