(KSL News) -- Police say they are about two thirds of the way done searching the Landfill for Lori Hacking's body, but may be close to finding something.
Some of the trash they are finding leads them to believe that they may be on the verge of uncovering Lori Hacking's remains.
Dwayne Baird, Salt Lake City Police: "We got evidence from the truck where that material was dumped and various dumpsters that were picked up that day."
Prosecutors say Mark Hacking admitted to disposing of his wife's remains in a dumpster outside of the University Neuropsychiatric Institute. The contents of that dumpster were emptied in the area police are looking right now.
The search will continue tomorrow night with cadaver dogs and homicide detectives present.
