About 145 firefighters are working to contain a 450-acre fire at the northern end of Lake Mountain near Saratoga Springs.

Bureau of Land Management officials say the fire is about 25 percent contained and they hope to contain the fire by tomorrow.

The blaze is not threatening any homes.

Fire crews on the ground are being assisted by two helicopters and two large airtankers.

Fire officials say hot and windy conditions are expected today and tomorrow. They are warning recreationists to take water, a shovel, and a fire extinguisher with them to prevent any wildfires.

Officials believe the fire is human-caused, but it's under investigation.
