CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP) -- An Enoch man was been charged with sodomy on a child after two underage girls were spotted among participants in a videotape of sexual activity.
Travis Garth Teeples, 22, was arrested Sunday on a Millard County warrant. In addition to the sodomy charge, he faces two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Chief Deputy Millard County Attorney Brent Berkeley said the videotape was discovered by probation agents searching another individual under supervision.
"We found a video that had him and several females in it, two of which were underage," Berkeley said. "On the video is an act of sodomy on a girl who was 13."
"We are obviously a small community and so we recognized them," he said. The incident occurred in June 2000.
