Driver Who Killed Six Year Old Boy Set for Sentencing Today

(KSL News) The man who pleaded guilty to plowing his car into a Magna family and killing a 6-year-old boy will be sentenced today.

Tory Lee Jacques also pleaded guilty to two counts of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Six year old Darius Smith was killed in the crash. His father and two siblings were also hit.

Jacques could face up to 15 years in prison for the automobile homicide charge and up to 5 years on each D-U-I charge.
