(KSL News) -- In Riverton the Utah National Guard buried their first overseas casualty today.

Staff Sergeant Alan Rogers, of the 211th Aviation Regiment, received full military honors.

Rogers died from non-combat related injuries last week in Afghanistan. He was a refueler and served 20 years in the Guard.
