(KSL News) Dixie State College held a grand opening Friday for its new Dolores Dore Eccles Fine Arts Center.
The celebration included a dedication concert accompanied by the Southwest Orchestra.
The 78 thousand square foot fine arts facility is home to a 500-seat main stage theater, a 300-seat concert hall, and a 100-seat black box theater, along with dance studios and an art gallery.
The college will be holding numerous concerts, plays and an art exhibit throughout the month.
