(KSL News) -- The Democratic Party filed a complaint today with the Federal Elections, over a flier blasting Democratic Representative Jim Matheson for his support of an undocumented-immigrant tuition bill.

Democratic State Party Chair Donald Dunn says they filed the complaint against the state Republican Committee, the National Republican Congressional Committee, and the John Swallow for Congress Committee.

Democrats accuse the flyers of being not only sleazy, but illegal. The flyers say Matheson voted for an immigrant education measure, which was actually sponsored by two Utah Republicans.
