(KSL News) -- A man Salt Lake City Police say killed another man has been arrested.
Duane Armijo is accused of shooting 35-year old John Gallegos in the neck early this morning.
The two men knew each other according to investigators, and were involved in a heated argument. By the time police arrived, Gallegos had left the house.
But officers were able to get some information from a woman who was inside the home at the time. Neighbors say they never heard a gunshot, but did hear an arguement.
Berna/Neighbor: "We could hear, like loud voices and stuff, and we just put TV on regular, we didn't think nothing of it."
Armijo is in the Salt Lake County Jail facing criminal homicide charges.
