(KSL News) The case of a Utah woman accused of murder heads to the state's highest court today.
The Utah Supreme Court will determine if Tamara Rhinehart will have one or two trials for an apparent scheme to have her ex -husband murdered.
Rhinehart also faces charges for using money from a burglary to take out a life insurace policy on her ex -husband shortly before his death.
Prosecutors say Rhinehart persuaded her boyfriend, Craig Nicholls, to kill her ex-husband so she could collect insurance money.
