(KSL News) -- A TRAX train collided with a truck this morning, right outside our KSL studios.

Glen Bennett: "I was coming down this street, I made a left turn and I didn't see any train."

U-T-A officials say a truck made an illegal left turn on a red light on South Temple at 300 West. They say the driver turned directly into the side of the train.

Fortunately the train only clipped his truck and pushed it to the side. The driver climbed out of his truck and walked away without a scratch.
