(KSL News) One of the teenagers charged with murdering a counselor at a Cedar City group home is expected to plead guilty to the crime during a hearing today.
Jesse Simmons agreed to plead guilty to first-degree felony murder as part of a plea deal.
Simmons and Sean Graham are accused of beating Anson Arnett to death with a baseball bat.
Both are charged with capital aggravated murder.
