SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The results of the November election are now official.
The State Board of Canvassers certified the election results yesterday.
There were a few minor changes in vote tallies because of a programming glitch in Utah County. That caused about 33-thousand ballot totals to be dropped and another 25-thousand provisional ballots to NOT be processed.
But the canvass won't affect the outcome of any race.
The board says 942-thousand Utah residents voted for a 74 percent voter turnout. That's up from the 70 percent that voted four years ago.
